Patch 5.0.4 asking to update everytine i switch regions

Hi
I installed the patch 5.0.4 and now its asking me to update when ever I swtich regions. I tried below
[1] re install battle net client
[2] reinstall SC2 game.

both above actions did not solved the issue. I need to switch regions while in the game main menu level but as of 5.0.4 its not possible.

Are you running the Blizzard app as Admin?

is any maintenance going on right now? That could also be the reason.

I made a mistake. the patch version in concern is 5.0.5.82893.
I never run the app in admin mode because there is no need.
