P0: Avenging Protocol and Clorarion + Warbringer?!?

In P0: Avenging Protocol give the champion +10% speed for each supply of dead shell and +50% speed if it’s the champion that dies.

So if Kal’daris die, he gets +50% speed when he transfers to a new shell.
If it’s a legionnaire, Kal’daris gets +10% x 3 (Legionnaire supply cost) = 30%.

However

A carrier or colossus has 6 supply cost. If either of them dies, their respective champion received +60% speed.

Meanwhile, if Clorarion or Warbringer dies, they only get +50% speed.

A carrier and Clorarion cost the same amount of resource in P0, the same for a colossus and Warbringer.

This led me to think that wouldn’t it be better if you let a carrier or a colossus dies instead of Clorarion and Warbringer? Or am i misunderstanding the in-game description?

It’s not like you get to “choose” who dies. Ideally, champion dies as always because you get more than just the attack speed buff. You also get the bulk and damage.

So even in the unlikely scenario you get to choose who dies (ie. champion vs normal), you’d want the champion since they last longer by taking more hit. So for every champion that dies, more than 1 equivalent normal shell dies. The benefit from the AP perspective is also much less for colossus or carrier anyway.
