Offline Play - Error (Graphix Device Is Not Available At This Time?)

So is this by any means possible to have resolved, or fixed without having
to go Online to have this Fixed? My Computer was connected to a 4K TV,
& the Game Booted Up, but I changed my settings in Game to work with
the 4K TV, & when I unhooked everything up, & Connected everything to
a 1080P TV…

When I booted up the Game, it said Error, Game is not the Latest Edition,
or something like that? I tried going into the Game, Locating the Game Files,
& Blizzard dot net finds my Games located on my Computer…

I also have tried changing the Resolution for my Game under the TEXT
Document found in the Documents Folder for Star Craft II… Both the Height
& the Width…

The Game keeps showing a blinking Black Screen when I boot it up,
claiming that Blizzard dot net or the Game cannot load…

Error Message located in Topic Title…

The Game ran Offline, & had not gone Online since…
Is there a way to Resolve this without going Online? I’d like to play it
Offline for once without Internet, & I do not wanna have to Connect
Online to do so, if I can avoid it… For different reasons unrelated…

Any Help? Much apreciated…

PS: No New Hardware Installed, since…

Howdy Vicious,

It sounds like the game needs to be updated or possibly reinstalled. In this case, you may need to connect to the internet temporarily so that the game files can be updated, repaired or reinstalled. If the game continues to get errors after that, please reply with a DxDiag so we can take a look:

  1. Press Windows Key + R.
  2. Type DxDiag and press Enter.
  3. In the DxDiag window, click Save All Information.
  4. Name the file “dxdiag” and click Save
  5. Paste the DXdiag into the post, select and highlight everything you just pasted, and hit the “preformated text” button (</>). That’ll make the information much more readable.
It should look like this.
