bud, if you dont play a match up, than you have an unfair win rate with 3 out of the 4 options. This is ladder you cant do stuff like that.

Definitely not on Ladder. The point is to show skill across the entirety of the competition, not avoid the parts one doesn’t like.

No one likes mirror matches.

They are an unfortunate occurrence when playing random.

But no one who playes competitively would ignore them. But we are not e-sports professionals. We’re here for a good time and some fun. All I’m asking for is a check box
prefer to avoid mirror matches. If you want to disable it at masters or grandmasters level go ahead. But don’t punish the rest of us who are just trying to have a good time.

People leave ZvZ about 50% of the time.
I’m sure its the same but not as bad in TvT and PvP.

You also can’t practice real strategies because since it does not say your race you have to play conservatively.

Fairness in equality, not fairness in what I prefer to have/not to have.

Those options are not natural, and they will never happen.
Why not let players choose their preferred style, like in SC1?

Zerg - Ground / Air / Turtle / Aggressive

Then you could be matched with opponents who prefer the choosen style of play.

I agree, but there is a problem with random players’ race not displayed on the loading screen. If i play specific race and my opponent plays random then he has unfair advantage. Both players should start with equal amount of information. This is a competitive game after all.

I’ve always liked that idea. Both/all sides should have that info.

heard a rumor after blizzcon, and 8 worker is suppose to get bumped to 10.

not saying who but there the same people who told me about 8 workers coming and they were right about that, so im gonna take them as reliable.
