I cannot sign in to my original username, the game has a strange mouse setting, no microphone, and i cannot access any multiplayer features. How can i reach out to contact support about my heart of the swarm purchase? Im currently being trolled by malicious practice. How can i reach blizzard support to repair my issue?? Currently there is no micro, and or macro. plus the units have strange damage both given and taken. I just want to play the game again. anyone know how to reach blizzard support?
Click on your Battletag in the upper right corner of the webpage.
Make sure you’re logging into the correct Region with correct email. Try a password reset.
That’s usually a settings issue in SC2. Go to Options => Controls and reset to default. If it still feels off I suggest uninstall, than make sure no config files (or any folder named StarCraft II) left then try reinstall game.
First you have on the internet sites that free test Microphone and Camera. If that test is ok, then is not your PC settings or hardware. Second step check your Battle.net voice settings and make sure the correct input device is selected. Also verify your OS privacy settings including antivirus settings allow the game to use your mic.
Again this usually means you’re not fully logged in, on the wrong region.

In SC2 there are sometimes trolls, smurfs, or team-killers. The usual approach is to ignore them, leave the match, and queue for another game. You won’t get punished for dropping one or two games in that situation.
If something more specific is happening, sharing details will make it easier to figure out what’s going on.

“Micro” and “macro” aren’t actual features that can disappear. Aside from some hotkey changes over the last 20+ years, the core gameplay in SC2 hasn’t changed in that way.
If units feel like they’re dealing or taking unusual damage, you’re most likely in a custom or modded game mode, or your settings/hotkeys got altered.
Try launching a standard melee match or even some campaign missions (those are a reliable baseline, I revisit them from time to time). That should help you confirm everything is working normally.
