[Main Thread] Game not loading after clicking Play

Hey, im having an issue where im not able to run SC2.
When i click “Play” on the launcher its starting to load the game and then its stuck on a loading error… when i cancel and try to run the game again its just saying “Game is running”.
This happens on both of my laptop and desktop.
I have tried everything on this FAQ: StarCraft II Doesn't Launch - Blizzard Support
including uninstalling and reinstalling the game on both computers and the problem remains…
Any clues?
Stuck on loading: https://ibb.co/QcrBcXX
DXdiag: https://pastebin.com/mQqKsP0M
WinMTR: https://pastebin.com/zHTmfhYJ
Thanks in advance.

Same here, I haven’t been able to load the game in the past few days.
I tried completely uninstalling battle.net, deleting the sc2 folder and then reinstalling the game from scratch. DID NOT HELP, same issue.
I tried giving the .exe privileges to run always run as administrator. I tried changing the folder’s security settings to give all windows users “full control”. nothing helped. Sadly, im from a catholic background and everyone around me is saying that this bug is god’s work because he doesn’t like the violence in the game, Blizzard please help me prove this is not god’s work but something that I’m missing.

Hey there,

Can you both provide a DXDIAG so we can see if anything odd stands out there that may be causing this?

  1. Press Windows Key + R.
  2. In the Run window type dxdiag and press Enter.
  3. In the DirectX window, click Save All Information.
  4. Name the file “dxdiag” and save it to your Desktop. Open the new dxdiag file with Notepad.
  5. In the posting section hit the </> button for “Preformatted text” then paste (Ctrl+V) the DXDIAG contents. That’ll make the information much more readable.

If you are unable to post this due to the length of the DXDIAG, please feel free to use pastebin.com and share the direct link with us instead. Use the </> button as well in order to share the link.

I had the same issue yesterday. I can login now, but I can’t see my stats or play a game, and now I get a small StarCraft II dialog window with a progress bar on startup that wasn’t there before. Some of the UI components don’t load, some of the tabs such as Co-op are grayed out intermittently, and when they are accessible, I get “Not available while initializing game mode” while hovering over “Play.” If I can get to the co-op tab, all my commanders show a 0 level. I’ve completed a clean install, and I’ve tried this on multiple PCs with no change.
