I have the same problem with Raynor, Kerrigan and Artanis, EU region
Artanis, Raynor, Kerrigan, Dehaka. Seems Nova was set to 1 as well as Fenix.
(not 100% sure on Nova/Fenix/Dehaka… I MAY have recently set them prestige)

As for European server… something feels… off with the levels.?

I got this same problem. Raynor/artanis/kerrigan changed to lv 5 and its capped. Also i cant lv up ascension on other Toons. Look like visual bug ?
Same problem on my computer. Rayons/kerrigan/artanis were reset to lv5. Before 103…

Commander levels are back to normal. Hopefully this is the result of Blizzard’s work and not an accident.
