when you start the game there is a green loading bar and then when you play the game the frames are fine but the screen freezes and unfreezes constantly and this did not happen at all before this update. Also I cant get the permission to allow starcraft to make changes to computer pop up. I clicked “X” on it.

yep this update is broken on so many levels… same here – some progress bar and waiting waiting and waiting… and then there is screen movement bug.

Having the same issue.
I cannot start the game at all - quite frustrating to be honest
Installed everything new but didn’t help

loading bar for at least 5 minutes before the game is actually starts.

Same problem here. Two desktop pcs, one with windows 10 (amd threadripper first generation) and one with windows 7 (intel i5 second generation). Did not start at all on windows 10, did start once on windows 7 after a few minutes. But now loads forever. Please fix this ASAP.
