Ya this is back again for me, just logged in and Artanis, Keri, and Raynor are all lvl 5 again.
Thanks for escalating this. Please ensure that this time processes are put in place to avoid this happening again and again. A multi billion dollar company has no business crutching on the word ‘again’ like this. Yuck.
Had this happen to me and a couple friends after the maintenance finished yesterday; thought mine was because I was in the middle of playing the Swarm campaign when maintenance began; I’m still capped today. Here’s to hoping y’all fix that bug soon! I really want to play Kerrigan again.

Adding my two cents to the mix… lost levels and prestiges on Artanis… again. Not even 3 and a half weeks after the last one is just bad… not to mention that the last restore put my Artanis back to 15 but did not restore my Prestiges at all, which is why I no longer use him as I do not want to go through that again lol.
Restarted playing on US server recently.
No level 15 or prestige.
I thought my lvl 5 Artanis would be safe until he reaches 49999 or 50000 xp, but no, he can’t get any xp at all.
So it doesn’t only “reduce” the level for those that were higher ô_o
Another one here. Raynor, Kerrigan and Artanis are now set to level 5. Seems like I kept prestige levels.
same here, just logged on to play for the first time in a couple weeks and my Artanis is back to a capped level 5… i hope this is fixed soon bc i do not want to build pylons lol
Guys I dont mean to be rude but when are you going to permanently fix this? Its been going for AGES for what i read. After I reseted him for the prestige unlock, I got him to lvl 5 and now the missions say my level is capped?? I have all the extra content for the game (except cosmetics), so I know im not missing anything. Please PLEASE for the love of all that is true and right FIX THE DAMMN BUG ONCE AND FOR ALL!

Same issue here. Oddly I dont remember seeing it when I first started playing 45 minutes ago. I did some campaign missions for nostalgia and when I came back the first three heroes were at 5. This happened a month ago. It lasted almost a week. This is my second time with this situation. Very disheartening to find its a repeating issue for as many YEARS as its been going on.
I also have the same issue. Been trying to play Artanis and I dont own alot of the champions.
I bought the game and can’t go past lvl 5, other commanders show up with the option to buy while they shouldn’t also.
Same issue here. US server. Raynor and Artanis get back to level 5 and I need to “purchase”.
