I was playing as terran in dragon scales map and I could not build any refinery up any geiser of the natural base with an SCV for a few seconds for no obvious reason, but later i finally made it. In those tries of building up it appeared red colored refinery holograms like if it were not enough resources (and i got the minerals) or something obstruying the geisers (and they were totally free).
