It would Turn out more balanced than sc2 lotv but only if we ignore 80% of the zergs 60% of Terrans and 30% of the toss.
Also we would be Smart enough to not throw in 10 Big changes in 1 Big patch. This is just madness. With us 2019 wouldnt have happend.

No not exactly. In general its pretty much a fact that protoss Players dont whine that much in comparison and therefore not Posting ridicilous Balance complains that often. Look at this Daily bc is op Post 
there are some aweful protoss whiners yes. But nearly not as many.
Toss generally know how it feels like to get sh!t on balancewise and accepted their fate. They know that no one will accept a State of Balance where protoss is in a slightly better spot. Like Good old incontrol explained: These Lasers man! The protoss hate concentrates on the deathball in wol. Where protoss army was indeed stronger and easier to micro.
If You propose to zergs that winning over 70% of the premiers with Different Players might indicate that zerg is too strong You will get sh!t on like there is no tomorrow. Now they feel like their race is completly screwed. Want buffs for ultras mutas and whatnot
Now the protoss whine has increased because of miserable results of recent tournies. Like no toss in ro8 for example.
So youre saying theres noone complaining about protoss being unballanced atm or are you saying that when protoss does it its not whine but factual but if terran does it its always whine?
Also speaking of miserable results look up non korean terrans winning premier tournaments since launch and you will find if i remember correctly
5 terran premier wins in beta
3 terran wins after beta latest in 2016 by uthermal exploiting something that was nerfed out of the game.

You made up some numbers to say protoss complains less, then you just said that zerg was overpowered last year wich is pretty mutch accepted by most if not all at this point.
But yes incontroll was hillarious so i agree there but if thats all you got then ill give you a point for incontroll being hillarious but otherwise its just a bad try at painting the community as all whiney cry babies except the protoss players wich obviously are objective and suffering.

I said Zerg was op in 2019 which is a fact. Not whining/complaining. Its a fact. Also that there are some protoss who whine doesnt scew the numbers.
Its widely accepted by the community that zergs and terrans are whiney boys at the corner. Havent you seen all these threads claiming zerg units bad and zerg is completly underpowered while being the hardest race to play while they actually have the whole pro scene in the pocket?

These numbers you pulled out of your butt, based on nothing but your own oppinion/feel of the discussion on a forum that prob only has a very small part of the player base without any of the top level players even participating.
Again same as before you just say random numbers, maybe those players put up a lot of whine posts for the races you say whine more, but if 1-2 players are responsible for majority of the whine posts that doesnt mean the races of those players are more whiny in general just that some players on those races are more whiney.
All in all youre painting this small forum wich doesnt even have pro players represented as the entire community, where the same people are making the same posts day after day complaining about the same stuff.
All it tells us is that theres people who love to complain and surprisingly enough they found a platform where they can keep complaining and they love it, again not representative for the races as a whole.
Also nothing backed up by stuff said on this forum should ever be taken seriously in a ballance discussion since theres no pro players here and alot of it is just mid level players making excuses, if you lose to something that someone better than you could beat you did not lose cus of imballance but you not being good enough.
TLDR: stop trying to justify your complaints on others complaining more and rather focus on improving else you will just come of as a cry baby.

I havent seen a daily post about void rays being hilariously bad and wanted to fix that (besides they are actually hilariously bad). thats the 80% 60% 30% explained in a non-joking way.

The denial in this place is amazing. Terran and Protoss whiners constantly complain about Zerg and yet Zergs are called the whiners because they don’t put up with it. I can’t tell if you’re trying to trick everyone else or if you’re actually this delusional.
sh too hard to use. mutas bad. lurker bad. ultras bad. dont know how pros win any tournament. zerg is screwed. zerg is so hard. only hardcore ppl like me picked zerg as they started with sc2. zerg has more apm on average because its so demanding 
look at me. im so hardcore. look at gm percantages. they show easy protoss op. look at rankedftw. the 35% zerg diamond players dropped to 33% they arent happy with zerg anymore!! zerg underperforming!!

Kinda, yeah. The Protoss version pretending everyone didn’t get a huge jump in mmr after 4.0 and then pretending the race is underpowered because Stats didn’t win a tournament.
I still love this. Everyone trashes diamond players but when they’re talking about league representation apparently it’s the biggest achievement in the world because it’s literally the only league where Zerg is the majority lol.
TerranCraft II would become TerranCraft III: Elite Cry-Force Edition.
Medivacs would heal full marines for 1 energy.
Ghosts would have infinite range snipe.
Marines would have auto-split micro by pressing 1 button.
Battlecruisers would have 10 armor and be able to load 100 marines like a bunker.
Thors and tanks would be merged into the liberator to make the ultimate siege range splash unit. It would be mobile like the thor even in siege mode, flying like the liberator and able to shoot anti-ground and anti-air at the same time.
Marauders would be able to 2 shot entire buildings.
Cyclones would have twice the range and no lock-on requirements.
Hellbats and reapers would be merged.
SCVs would be free like mules.
Orbitals could mine without landing.
This is just to name a few of the obvious things.
