I have a ryzen 7 3700 and a radeon rx 5700 xt and it keeps glitching with tears and was wondering how to fix it. It ran fine until 2 days ago and I have done both sets of steps that it recommended.

You mentioned this issue started up just recently. Did you install the latest update for AMD cards?
If so, let’s try Disableing Radeon Chill. See if that resolves the issue.
Otherwise, please make a DxDiag file for your system and post that in your reply. That will give us a better look at your system information.
The radeon chill is off what of the dxdiag file do you want???
