I see a lot of folks asking how to submit a ticket for issues because of the issues related to global errors and load errors when trying to enter/create/join a custom lobby.
To submit a ticket -
From battle.net app:
- Click Blizzard ^ (top left)
- Click Support (will launch browser)
- Click “Contact Support” (top right of browser window)
- Click Icon for SCii
- Tell them about the issue
This is so awful! Not being able to play SCII during the holidays. Really re-considering my thoughts about purchasing any more Blizzard/Activision games…
