How to Fix Long Loading Times on Startup

I use this fix as a workaround to the issue, typing it into a CMD prompt window when launching Starcraft 2:

ipconfig /release & ping -n 2 127.0.0.1 & ipconfig /renew

Is there anything I can do to permanently fix this issue, or is the workaround the only feasible solution to quickly start SC2?

thanks for the tip, but it didn’t work.

I followed the instructions, and created ‘3b938eed7536396b1d7a000ca9b2cd39’ on
G:\Games\StarCraft II\SC2Data\config\3b\93

I then inserted this into the empty file:

key-2c37ee593d8e0c07 = cb017b81e2071b3984f8d380c7770777
key-145df70b651ef9d7 = 4258eefa148c94c5cd0ad0f65f4b05f0

"
I made sure to include the blank line at the end, done by pressing ‘enter’ after the third line.
