Currently, I published an unlocked test version map, after the test is over, I deleted it and published a new version that is locked. (with different map name) However, the deleted one is still available in arcade database, how to completely get rid of it?

if you ‘delete’ it from your ‘published’ files it will be unplayable in the arcade. because you have to confirm the “DELETE” in the editor that connects to the arcade. How to get it to not ‘list’ is when they do a ‘maintenance’ on the game. So
