In Starcraft 2 on only one of my accounts, when I switch my hotkeys to grid, or anything having to do with grid, my game immediately crashes. I have tried reinstalling, i can use grid on other accounts, but on this account the game comepletely crashes. Help?

If it’s only happening on one account but not others, my guess would be a bad interaction with game settings or keybindings. Have we already tried to reset all keybindings and settings to defaults? This may help in some account-specific problems.

I like some of you people in customer support have different font colours such as green or blue. Can you, who is part of Blizzard, change your word font colour, or is it already pre-set as a certain privilege?
