Hey there,
Looking over the crash logs it’s looking like these crashes may be due to a video card issue or a Ryzen/BIOS issue. Since you’ve already reinstalled Windows and the issue is still happening that usually points to a hardware issue or problem with the BIOS. Make sure that your BIOS and chipset drivers are up to date for the motherboard, which is especially important for the Ryzen platform.
In the error logs I’m seeing signs of DirectX call issues, which can indicate hardware problems with the video card itself.
GFX 21:04:11.395 DirectX call m_device->TestCooperativeLevel() failed with error code -2005530519
GFX 21:04:11.395 DirectX call failed with error code -2005530519
GFX 21:04:11.395 Lost D3D9 device
GFX 21:04:11.534 D3D9 Device Reset from ::OnRender returned e_errorKindGfx(0)
If you are comfortable working on your own PC you could try removing the GPU and re-seating it, making sure that the power cables and connections are all firmly seated. Beyond that though you may need to contact the card manufacturer so they can work with you and run further tests on the card.
