Game crahses during authenticating

Hello,

My account is tied to the auto launch of battle net so when I launch starcraft 2 it tries to authenticate my account and force crashes.

I receive windows error “619367D3-ED8A-4FDC-8D06-4A60B5E8873E” files in your Star craft 2 installation are damaged. If I hit the “reopen” tab on the crash report it will still force crash if I put my info in. If I put my sons account in and I get right in so it cant be a damage reason. The game plays just fine under his account. I have uninstalled, repaired and updated drivers trying to fix this but I have hit a dead end.

I have recently bought a Rog Ally X and I can launch the game just fine.

I have submitted a ticket to blizzard and they closed it saying to post in the form.

Hey SoftStroke,

Make sure that OneDrive is not sync’ing the Documents folder, or at the very least not sync’ing the Starcraft II folder inside it.

Uninstalling OneDrive won’t work by itself. You have to manually set it to not sync either of those locations.
