Phoenix2045,

Uninstalling OneDrive isn’t enough to fix this I’m afraid. Even if you uninstall OneDrive the folder structure for OneDrive is still there, which is the main cause.

To fix this you would want to reinstall OneDrive, then specifically disable the sync for the Documents folder. Once that is disabled then you can uninstall OneDrive again.

I hope they pay you good money. You saved the day buddy. Thanks a lot.

When I try to unchecked the document folder, it says it is a important folder for windows and I can’t remove from the sync.
Do you have an idea of how to un-sync it ?
Thanks,

Hey Skealton,

Try following Microsoft’s directions for disabling OneDrive syncing for specific folders.
