Feature request: Multi-monitor recognition

I have two monitors. Starcraft 2 always uses the main monitor, I would like to have the game on the other.
Currently my only option to do this is by setting the other monitor as Main display, but this is an OS-wide solution, not a game specific one.
In newer games, there’s an option to select the monitor the player wants to use.

I would like to request a graphic options feature to set the monitor for the game in fullscreen or windowed fullscreen.

Will have to wait until Starcraft 2: Remastered.
Not that it is at all planned to ever exist.
