I’m posting here to ask if a Customer Support representative could review my situation or advise on whether any further review is possible.
My StarCraft II account was recently permanently banned for alleged inappropriate communication. I submitted appeals through support, but the ticket was closed and I received boilerplate responses stating that the action would be upheld.
What makes this situation particularly confusing is that this same account has previously received permanent bans that were later overturned by Game Masters after review, with the penalties being reversed because they were determined to have been applied in error. Because of that history, I am concerned that the current action may warrant another careful manual review.
At this point I am unable to submit further responses within the existing support ticket, and I have already attempted the appeal process twice.
I fully respect Blizzard’s Terms of Use and Code of Conduct. My goal here is simply to understand the basis of the decision and determine whether any additional review is possible given the prior overturned actions on this account.
If a Customer Support representative could advise on whether there is any path for further review, I would greatly appreciate it.
