I cant launch the game.
Already tried the repair, unistall and get a new fresh install, got the last Nvidia driver. Deleted the Battle.net folder in appdata, “My Documents” are not sync with One Drive (i dont have this on)

Dont know what else should i do. Everything else works, Overwatch, Diablo SCR

Hey there,

Looking up the crash log this appears to be a DirectX 9 (d3d9.dll) crash. This could be crashing due to another program trying to hook into the game in a weird way, or perhaps due to an overlay.

Check to see if you have any overlays enabled and try disabling them if so.

You could also try rebooting using Selective Startup which will shut down everything else in the background and may help narrow things down further.

  1. Press Windows Key+R .
  2. Type msconfig and press Enter .
  3. Select Selective startup and uncheck Load startup items .
  4. Select the Services tab.
  5. Check Hide all Microsoft services .
    Note : Skipping this step may prevent your computer from rebooting correctly.
  6. Click Disable all .
  7. Click Apply then click OK .
  8. Click Restart
