Once you have the “free wings of liberty”, you have a game to install and start, but you don’t have access to everything.
Once you buy the Campaign Collection, it will unlock the access to all campaigns other than Wings of Liberty.
And if you buy only Nova Covert Ops Bundle, from the free game you will have access to Wings of Liberty and Nova Covert Ops campaigns only.
