I get disconnects very frequently. this is the only game it happens. the ‘surrender’ prompt then the game stats forever loads. here is the dump of the winmtr:

Howdy Azzith,

I don’t see any obvious problems in the MTR test that would cause a disconnect. This could indicate that there is something on the computer causing the issue like a background program or there may be throttling happening on the modem or ISP side. Try closing all other programs to test the game by itself. If this persists, you may want to try another network temporarily like a mobile hotspot to see if there’s any change. If the disconnects stop, then that would point to a problem with the modem or ISP. If they continue on the mobile hotspot, then there may be something on the computer.

I disagree. and lots of people have disconnects problems with this program alone. WoW and other games can be running at the same time and yet sc2 game will prompt surrender… this happens 1 in every 5 or so games since launch. yall gotta fix this

I’m experiencing the same issue. I’ve done an uninstall, reinstall. I’ve done the connection tests, the only thing that’s left is pointing to the app itself.

I also have the same issue, where the game is dropped and I can only surrender. It happens quite frequently. I am using Netgear router, but not on wifi. I am not sure if others are having the same issue with same brand of router or not.

Same problem. Done everything recommended in every thread I can find about this issue. This is almost certainly a problem on Blizzard’s end. The lack of blue responses on these threads only makes me think my hunch is right.
