Today with a random ally on this week “Chain Explosion” mutation, we got a different set of mutators.
Instead of “Lava Burst” and “Walking Infested”
We played with “Blizzard” “Concussive Attacks” and “Shortsighted”
I saw a few topic about that problem, i post this one as it keep happening 
We were both on Brutal difficulty.
