I’am currently having problems with my hotkeys after the update the save hotkeys on my profile is not loading i tried creating a new one but couldn’t save it and everytime i reset the game all the setting that i have save are going back to default. anyone experiencing the same issue?

I have the same issue since yesterday (July 18th 2020). Extremely annoying since I cannot use my custom layout anymore because of this. Cannot even recreate a new one…
Good News!
I have found the solution 100%. It is the Windows Defender Ransomware protection that prevents SC2_64.exe from writing to the %user_profile%/Documents folder. If you look in Windows Defender Ransomware > Blocked Access history you will see it blocking SC2 access everytime.
You can try allowing the app throught the protection, but that did not work for me, I have to turn it off completely for now… 
I have this issue on MacOS. Definitely not Windows Defender in my case.
