Same problem here, (EU server). My Ascension XP hasn’t moved since the Mengsk update was introduced, but it seems levels 1-14 do get the XP and are able to level up. Please fix!

Same issue here. No mastery xp gain since the patch. Really frustrating when you are on a bonus XP and don’t want to level any other commander.

I’ve reached lvl 530 5 times since the patch.

Hello,

Many thanks for fixing the ramp passing, details and dropping issues, but this “XP-not-gaining” thing is going on. People who might have played their best in a round would feel it was not paid off, which might cause loss of fun. Please, fix it asap.

Same issue here. Since last night I’ve reached Mastery Level 25 4 times in the score screen, but not on my game screen.

Someone said in another thread that our work/XP is saved in real time and it should be credited back whenever they fix this. I hope that is true.

With it being Thanksgiving in USA I’m not sure how quick they will get around to this.

can you link me the Post? - I mean im sitting since 8 Hours there and wanna play co op, but thinking then… for what? Dont even get XP… But if its Safed , i would play

Okay, i got an answer on my Support ticket :

  • I dont get any refund of the Co op Stimpack i bought 2 Days ago .
  • I have to look into the Bug forum here. So i done it already, all i want is to be sure that the XP is Safed OR i want a 2 Day refund or 3 ( dunno how long the Bug is here ).

     Its been long enough, can we at least get this problem added to a "known issues" list or even a  statement acknowledging that this is an existing bug. The only ticket responses are "NO Refunds"  and "check the forums." 
     I know there is a decent excuse in "we have so many bugs to choose from atm," but you just sold us a broken stimpack and then point us to forums where you tell us nothing.
     Just take a minute and let us know if we will retroactively receive experience.

THANK YOU, FInally someone who understands me. I just wanna know If im getting back my XP that im earning. Ive Lost like 2Million XP already . And they said the exact same thing to me “check the forum” well i didnt read any response of Blizzard because of the XP Bug , even in the Checklist for knowing issues like you said.

And i bought something that isnt working and i dont get some refund back? WoW

I mean… the XP Bug is since 2 Days or 3. And not a single Word from Blizzard about it. Nothing. Is it so hard to say if the XP is safed or not?

I am having the same issue. I have a stimpack and finally some time to use it. It would be nice to hear something from Blizzard since this has been an issue for a few days now.

It doesnt help when everyone is saying he got the Problem. EVERYONE GOT THE PROBLEM. We discuss meanwhile if the XP is safed or not , because there is still no statement from Blizzard about this.
