COOP losing level and no exp

i am experiencing an issue with artanis in starcraft 2 coop on the asia server

detail

  • artanis is stuck at level 5 and shows exp = 0 and not gaining any exp after finish mission
  • the game displayed “progression capped until purchased” even though artanis is a free commander
    -fenix works fine and gains exp normally
  • the issues only occurs on asia server, and i have played artanis previously without problem
    -i have already tried the following troubleshoot step
    a. restarting sc2 and battle.net launcher
    b. switching region ( asia - america - back to asia)
    c. playing another free commander (raynor)
    d. logging out and login back into battle.net
  • none of this these steps resolved the issue

could you pls manually refresh artanis’s entitlement on the asia server so that he can level normally anx gain exp again?

This is something that happens to some players every now and then. It typically fixes itself after a few days.

Just a heads up… one time, we had to wait 1+ week (Americas)! Typically, a few days is sufficient.

But yeah, we are in “hurry up and wait” mode.

For me, it is Raynor who is capped at level 5 for some reason. I can still see my first prestige for him, but I cannot earn any exp with him. I bought the physical battle chest Starcraft 2 and bought HotV digitally and it is weird why this bug affected him. Stukov can still level up though (the only Commander who I was able to buy).

This situation has occurred again on the Asian server, and it’s not just been a few days, but has lasted for more than three weeks, and for some people even longer. They are unable to gain experience, and even after purchasing new commanders and completing the game, they still cannot level up.
