See, I’m lucky to get a whole 1 frame per second with stetmann. And I have a really good computer. What am I missing here? Is it really just the no multi-threading problem?

Does this mean that if I camp the laser drill site I could technically put it offline permanently? also does the range increases apply to melee units?

First question, yes.
Second question, no, unless you mean the vision part of it.

Are you having FPS issues without making infestors?

Thanks for the info. Go go Stukov bunkers!

Ling/Hydra seems to be the main source, infestors also lag but not quite as much as lings. Combining the two seems to make it worse than maxing out on any one of the two.

I enjoyed Nova for this one. Hero-solo for the early part, then add Libs/Ravens later, and finally adding Tanks at the end with Spider Mines.

First try with Artanis/Zagara team. Zagara feels OP. And Artanis with mass Dragoon always helpful. :muscle::muscle::muscle:

Don’t forget that you can destroy the drill as its just a building on the map. It will respawn later but it really helps not having it on the map for a while.

The answer is simple: “SMALL INDIE COMPANY”. No matter how good your PC is stetman stettalites will lag the game.

I’m not having a much of a problem. Mind sharing your spec?

Did it on the first try as Stetmann(Brutal) with a Random ally as Zagara(Brutal).

Rush out Super Gary and infestors. Made a few lings at the beginning to help with the first bonus train but after that it was pure infestors.

This is a pretty tame brutation compare to previous weeks. We’ve had this combination before just not on this map (unless my memory is fuzzy). Should be an easy win for everyone.

Remember if you need more time you can always use the gathering trick after spawning the hybrid.

Snore mutation, might actually have some bite if they put the drill in a hard to reach location (the last hybrid pod base). As is you just rush the drill and camp it with some units/static. Then play the game as normalzzz

i usually lag with infestors, i’ll have to try out lings

Thanks for this.
Just discovered some of your guides randomly while browsing SC2-realted stuff on Youtube. Then it clicked in that your name looked familiar from the forums when I was looking at the XP chart you posted.

With Swann, if you’re careful and leave a building alive in the beginning, you seem to be able to lock the Enemy Drill onto it with 2 SCV’s and a Floating Factory.

A good place seems to be directly to the North right by the cliff.
