also i lost all my campaign progress and portrait. and the map of custom game keep loading as hell.
that suggests that there is something wrong with your connection.
I’m having the same problem. Chat works but all other game modes fail to load, collection doesn’t show up, achievements doen’t show up, etc.
Howdy!
StarCraft II has multiple connections to the server this is a sign of a partial block. I would recommend to try the following steps to help resolve this issue:
-
Power Cycle the home network’s modem and router to refresh the connection to all devices on the network and to the Internet Service Provider. Steps on how to do this can be found Here.
-
Make sure any personal Anti-virus or firewall software on the system is setup to exclude the Blizzard application and Starcraft II. In some cases, it may be faster to temporarily uninstall the security application for troubleshooting. Reinstall once the issue has been resolved.
-
Make sure the OS Firewall and the TCP/UDP ports are open for the game following the steps Here.
Thank you!
Okay, tried many things and I’m still locked out.
Power cycled the router;
Flushdns and chaged DNS (tried auto, google’s and OpenDNS);
Alowed the listed ports for SC2;
Turned off anti-viruses;
Put both bnet laucher and SC2 on “run as admin”;
Scan and repair SC2;
Rebooted everything.
I’m at a loss on what to try. It was working flawlessly until 2 days a go. Please help.
EDIT: It still wasn’t working earlier today, but I just got home from work and it runs fine now. Didn’t do anything it just fixed itself. Hooray I guess.
Im having the same issue years later. I havnt played in a long time reinstalled and cant play anything but the campaign. Ive done all the suggested fixes but still not working. Wondering if anyone found a solution to this?
Having the same issue, just started 2 days ago. Already tried all the recommended fixes.
