For the past 3 weeks ive been trying to log in to play sc2 on battle net, but it keeps saying that battle.net is down for maintenance. the only region listed is XX-07. could use some help figuring this out, thanks

I need to write a letter in complain for doing teams cause the AI keeps messing me up and lost tons of points from 2v2 thru 4v4. Didn’t win any matches plus I looked at profiles from other players and tons of cheating. Thx.
