I have purchased and installed all 3 Startcraft 2 games

Heart of the Swarm
Leagcy of the Void
I can load Wings of liberty and Legacy of the Void , but not heart of the swarm. Game is installed but when I try to load the campaign it asks for me to purchase it. I have tried redeeming my KEY but it says it has already been claimed.
Please can I get support to get Heart of the Swarm playable.

I glanced over the account you’re posting from and I see you have the free Wings of Liberty that was given out and have purchased Legacy of the Void.
In order to access Heart of the Swarm with this account, you can purchase it.
If you have a key for Heart of the Swarm that says it’s already been claimed then it must be on a different account. If you remember what account that was, you can log in to it and play there.
Otherwise you can reach out to support directly to try and find the account the key is claimed too.
