There is an error to compute the percentage in my Campaign games Wings of Liberty and Heart of Swarm. I end both games in Brutal Level, all the maps and it shows me 81% in both games. Does it happen with you?
In achievements section you will find there are way more achievements to complete, for example mastery ones.
