Playing the ladder, I have 1200+ bonus pool points. i’m not receiving extra points from wins(the extra points from my bonus pool that I should be getting after each win). I purchased this game in 2016, I am not a free to play player. I expect this game to work as intended as I am not using starcraft as a service but as a product I purchased.
That’s what the users of old versions of Windows told Microsoft.
And it applies to plenty of other things, unsuccessfully.
