Zergs will still make the same ammount of queens, play just as defensively since if you look at pro games the bc is neither a issue (its basicly been figured out over 2 months ago) nor is it causing zergs to be more defensive than bio play.
You could even do some nydus timings to punish bc play if you time it for when they jump across map with first bc.
Also im fairly sure that zerg playing overly defensive and not winning more in mid game has nothing to do with bc but rather zergs strenght in lategame and ability to play so defensively using queens.
The only difference between defending bc vs defending banshee is queen position and more spores in main.
As for everyone saying bcs are good openers vs zerg just look at gsl or anywhere else you see top level koreans play and copy what the zergs do to deal with bcs and how to transition to punish bc players since bc in general vs zerg at gsl level looks really weak.

Yes because im sure that the audience that go on these forums anywhere from Bronze to Platinum or even Diamond would still be so if watching a video or replay of pro gamers whether it be WCS or WCSG; could ascend through the ranks by copying a build. (builds as we know dont matter when yr Diamond and above. OP Cake my boy please go download a replay of Serral’s and see if you can even follow what actions hes making. By that I mean see if ever 5 seconds you can run through your head, all the EPM he performs. 800 APM is nothing for Serral.
