Almost everyone wants a complete revert!

I don’t want to see another competition like HSC, that was a mess, I don’t remember in the last 10 years the balance to be so broken and so obvious.

best way to light players up is revert it to the last verstion(before that balance guy) and add or change a new units in each race!

Yeah, this guy had many chances, ideas like: tanks can’t be abducted. I am not even a zerg player, but that is completely unfair for zergs; and everyone was immediately against that change, how in the world that got through, and stayed for a while? I have no clue!

Agreed. What an awful patch, it’s as if they’re trying to kill off the game.

Many say the same thing, it is either this guy has absoloutely no knowledge and understanding of SC2, or he is intentionally killing this game.

That’s fine. The logic is that tanks are too large to simply be dragged into the air.

But by the same logic:

  • Thors shouldn’t be transportable by Medivacs.
  • Ultralisks probably shouldn’t be able to use the Nydus Network - since they’re far too large as well.

That said, I think reverting to the 5.0.15 behavior is the better option for now.
In the future, they could come up with a more consistent balance patch.

I think that there’s been plenty of good suggestions to fix the balance, but the people in charge seem to ignore obvious issues, or benefit from them lol.

There are some quick fixes to make the game more bearable:

  • Protoss 12 starting supply, not 13
  • Zerg armor + weapon upgrades more expensive (credit to State for this one)
  • Viper + Infestor - either heavily nerfed, or removed. Just sick fantasy units for Zerg mains at this point.

Actually, my best reasoning for the games balance is that it’s done by Toss and Zerg mains that want to beat Terran lol

So, after writing over 50 posts on many threads, fighting everyone that doesn’t like the patch and wants to come back to the old worker count and balance.

Now you are writing no one wants to revert back???

Who will take you seriously anymore?

I’m just making sure the developers see that not everyone wants things to change. This isn’t reddit where you can just make posts disappear brother.

I understand that you’re the type of forum user who’s used to interacting only with people who agree with you, but that’s not how it works here.

You’re whining from a low rank perspective, i’m giving them feedback from a high rank perspective. The game is in a fantastic spot and I have no complaints outside of the larva being completely busted.

But I also genuinely hope they understand that if they’re going to keep the game like this they’re going to have to start phasing out LoTV-type things, such as stalkers doing extra damage to armour, centralfugal hooks granting hp bonuses, things of that nature.

It is a monumental task they have ahead of themselves and personally I’m not convinced they’re able to understand any of that.

You’ve seen me talking back and forth with other users, why are you pretending? cut the cheap act!

After you fought with basically everyone on SC2 forums, trying to convince that this is the perfect balance and almost no one agrees with you, and they want to change back.

Now you are saying no one wants to revert back? No one can take you seriously at this point.

I’m not exactly sure how you are construing anything that has happened here as arguing. I’m responding to things that I don’t agree with, and there is a whole of that going on right now. Developers just need to understand that this hyperbole that we see on the forums does NOT apply to every single player who plays the game.

I like the game the way it is, and I’d absolutely HATE to see the game reverted to high eco ez mode game again.
