after get into the game, alll menu page blank. there was nothing. want to play versus ai , play button wasn’t actiive. so I move to custom but the loading seems forever. then I try to play campaign. at first the continue was active. but I want to play the versus mode. so I restart and campaign mode also inactive. I hv checked the firewall, and it was allowed. now what should I do?

Normally when online content is stuck on “initializing game mode” or similar errors, it’s related to the network connection. I normally recommend doing a power cycle on the networking devices as a first step. Disabling any background apps that may interact with the network may also help.

still not yet solve. no apps but still nothing. it said “not available while initialing game mode” when my cursor point at one of an inactive button. btw I’m from Indonesia. is it possible that our government ban this game?
