Getting to high teirs has always meant going the extra mile and getting maximum value where others cannot. You push the game to it’s absolute limits and do things that others either dont think of, or straight up cannot do. That can still be more than possible by blanacing around gold/plat while not making the game any easier. Widowmaker is probobly even a good example of that. (Though if you listen to some she is busted at higher ranks no matter what) I’d even argue if they balance around ‘maximum efficiency’, that would actually be what makes the game easier.
Also, as before, higher teairs are <15% of the playerbase. Just in pricipal, you shouldn’t give all the power and influence to direct the game to the elites. It should be with the majority.
