I got a 4k, with my ult (wow I pressed triangle) and it wasnt POTG. oh well, its still a highlight who cares? i didnt
until i saw the POTG. Our Zen (he was a great healer cant lie) stood in the backlines and healed 2 people with an orb, didnt attack or shoot anyone. He only got one assist and it was potg…please explain how.

I guess it wasn’t about Zen getting potg, it was about how embarrassingly bad everyone else performed that they didn’t get one.

Just came out of a hollywood game where our Moira got potg from slurping the enemy Zen at near half hp and then casually healing the tanks. Like ok? Nothing that big really happened during the game but like…ok?
Yeah… I got POTG as Lucio for just being on the point and boosting on heal. Nobody was killing anything at that point in the match. All I was doing was healing a bunch of damage from our last push.
There were at 3-4 other situations in that match that deserved POTG more than I did. It’s almost embarrassing to get POTG for nothing when your team was kicking butt.

Still better than a easy multikill POTG if you’d ask me. Why? Because support heroes should get a chance to get in the highlights as well.
I never said they shouldn’t, and I said I wasn’t bothered that my ult wasn’t potg. It was the fact that multiple plays were better than absolutely nothing that confused me.

yes the potg algorithm was messed with and now it’s screwed up.
I think blizzard just made the algorithm give out a pity-POTG if someone hasn’t gotten one in a while. Otherwise, how would something like this get POTG? Escort payload is potg
You can clearly see my teammates getting kills, with no help from me, yet I got potg?
Honestly a Zen player getting a PotG where he’s completely pacifistic sounds very fitting to me. 
the current potg system is severely broken like most potgs are going to a moira or a zenyatta now i dont think the devs thought up things properly when they tweaked it
