It is a 2 meter difference. Also… your ultimate does charge faster… thats the whole deal. You get energy for your beam faster and retain it easier, and because of this get your ultimate MUCH faster. The difference is the ultimate is a little smaller, meaning instead of wrapping 6 people in the black hole and getting a team wipe, it will be used to get a quick 2-3 kills or to pull people off point (or off map.?) and will be used much more.
