Because the OP is talking about having low healing, due to both those supports having weak single target healing, hard to keep tanks up. Im saying goats isnt fair as they had a 3rd support in that comp, which doesnt apply to the current complaint.

You got me with this one. 
If a tank is taking consistent damage, God isnt gonna keep them alive. If you are even remotely responsible as a tank and not a reckless chargerein, and actually USE YOUR FORWARD KEY then Lucio/Zen are fine at keeping you alive.
If you are a dolt standing at a checkpoint while your barrier is melted then continue standing there expecting to be some kind of WoW main tank, then your head “a splodes” and your team chuckles and watches you run out doing it time and time again until we hear you fumble while plugging your mic in just to scream that we picked the wrong healers to support your lifestyle.
