You have 4 different variations of the Razer Chroma driver installed, which is part of a known issue for Overwatch.
It would also benefit you to get the driver update from this month, as the copy you have installed is from March. Make sure you remove them completely with DDU before installing new drivers, because you also have multiple copies of this installed.
