As of now, what’s your personal tier list for the OWL teams, and why? What teams do you think have potential despite not performing well enough to solidify them as a top contender for this season?
It’s still too soon to really know what direction teams are going to head player wise. The big dead lines are Nov 11th for when players not under contract are offical free agents and then Nov 15th when all teams need to have 8 players under contract.
Until then it’s tough to know what direction a team is going to head. Being I’m sure OWL is going to fallow the same trend as we see in normal pro leagues for sports. Where owners are not always throwing big money to win, some times it’s a holding pattern or good enough for now etc.
Team with 100% Koreans…top 10.
Mixed roster …bottom 10.

To my knowledge, there’s no correlation there. Florida Mayhem was dead last and they played a full Korean roster. San Francisco Shock won the grand finals and they had a mixed roster.
