I have two concept ideas in mind; I’d like to see the aliens from the Hollywood posters, and I’d like to see a tiger. The tiger could be DPS and melee, and the aliens defense.
A queen for junkertown is brilliant, somewhat comical as well, good thinking, would love to hear the interactions between Junkrat, Roadhog and her!

Name:Wyvern
Primary Fire:Kryptik Mk.1 (An accurate steampunk-esque arm cannon which fires an accurate burst of three photon bullets. 24 ammo per clip, 28 damage per bullet, 3 bullets per second.
Secondary Fire:Laser Sight(A Laser sight which allows Wyvern to zoom in. While zoomed in, a laser projects from the laser sight which deals no damage, but makes aiming easier. Speed slowed down by 25% while zoomed in.
Skill 1:Savior(Wyvern flies to an ally and shapeshifts into a jetpack esque device. Wyvern can’t take or deal damage while in this state. The targeted ally can fly at 6 meters per second for 4 seconds. If the ally is killed, Wyvern dies instantly. 8 second cooldown.
Skill 2:Molotov Cocktail(WIP name) (Wyvern lobs a red, scaly Molotov Cocktail forward, detonating as soon as it touches the ground. An aoe around the landing spot is engulfed in flames, damaging and burning any enemies that walk through it. 20 dps when ever an enemy is inside it, 10 dps for three seconds after walking out of it. 8 second cooldown.
Ultimate:Napalm Salvo(Wyvern converts both of his hands into advanced arm cannons, upgrades his flight capacity and soars upwards. While ulting, Wyvern will fly at 6 meters per second and will instantly fire 3 napalm projectiles every second. This projectiles act as mini Molotov Cocktails that deal more damage. 40 damage if stuck in it, 20 dps for 4 seconds afterwards. 10 second duration.
Passive:Boosters(Using his boosters, Wyvern can hover for a few seconds, allowing him to cross small gaps or chase a nearby enemy. Can be used for at most 2 seconds. 6 meters per second.
Design:Wyvern is a dragon-esque omnic with eyes that change color based on “emotion” (Green happy, red angry, etc.) with multiple shades of brown and grey.

Appearance: Thin and leggy, Daleka looks surprisingly good for her age. Her body is mostly hourglass-shaped, keeping to the major theme of most women in Overwatch. Her skin tone is a very pale color, mostly on account of how little time she’d spend outside. Her hair is chin-length and perfectly straight, with a bob to the right side of her face, framing it slightly.
Outfit: Her normal attire consists of a black bodysuit as a base with a dark red cowl hanging from around her shoulders. She wears a black hood up most of the time and obscures her hair from most angles, as well as a black mask that covers up her nose downward, only ever allowing her eyes and some of her skin to show on her face. She wear thigh-high, black, high-heeled boots with dark pink crystals on the edge of the heels themselves, and matching gloves that cover her up to her forearms. Her weapon is a short wand made of various machinery, and on her left hand, she wears a large vambrace with various dials and connects to a large launcher in the palm of her hand, with various wires connected to her fingertips as well.
Personality: Before the events of the crisis, Daleka was very kind and patient, focusing on getting directly to the point with other people. After the events, however, Daleka has become incredibly cold, often distancing herself from other people. Her patience has greatly dwindled since then, and she refuses to accept any shenanigans from anyone, for that matter.
Background: Born and raised in Prague, a young Daleka had found herself fascinated by the aspects of emotions. Throughout her life, she would study many different things about the brain, specifically the section that controls it, and eventually went on to become a neural-biologist because of it. Her studies and such had payed off easily, and she was able to marry into a happy family, complete with child afterwards. However, everything changed when the Omnics attacked.
The Czech Republic was always caught in the crossfire of the war with the hated machines, and the Russian Defense Forces had done all that they could to defend her, but it was all for naught. Her precious husband and daughter had perished in a scuffle between the soldiers and the Omnics, and Daleka had never been the same since.
Years had gone by as Daleka did what she could to recover from such an event. Unfortunately for her mental health, however, the people of Overwatch hadn’t obliterated the Omnics like she had hoped. Instead, they had tried to make peace with them. At the mere thought of that, her mind snapped, and she personally made it her goal to dismantle the Omnics herself, training herself and using whatever technology she could get her hands on to fight, eventually terrorizing the people of Prague under her new epithet, the Scarlet Witch.
Due to her talents in wanton destruction and manipulation of others via specially crafted neural-tech, Daleka was easily discovered and taken in by the terrorist organization, Talon, and with the supplies that she was given from them, she now bides her time until she can finally launch her assault against not only Omnics, but any agent of Overwatch as well.
Gameplay:
Role: Support
Health - 200 (No Shields or Armor)
Passive Ability - Witch Walk: Utilizing special magnetic tech in her boots, Daleka is able to scale up walls as if she were walking normally.
Weapon - Wand: 10 ammo, with a 1.5s reload speed. Each shot fired is a fast-moving projectile that deals 30 damage per round, and at a fast firing rate as well. They explode on contact with walls or enemies, but cannot deal headshots.
Ability 1 - Curse of Rage: Daleka taps into her neural-tech and launches an energy into an ally, enhancing their aggression and greatly agitating them in the process. This enhances the damage they deal with their primary fire by 30% for 3 seconds. The projectile cannot be deflected or destroyed by Defense Matrix, immediately affects an ally, and the cooldown for it is 5 seconds.
Ability 2 - Curse of Weakness: Daleka unleashes a projectile that leaves an enemy overcome with grief and anguish, forcibly lowering the damage they deal with their attacks by 30% for 5 seconds. Barriers block the projectile from reaching them, and the cooldown is 6 seconds.
Ability 3 - Medical Grenade: Daleka throws a specially designed grenade that bounces a short time before releasing a special healing gas into the nearby area. It heals up to 300 HP over the course of 5 seconds, but can be deflected/destroyed by Defense Matrix. Enemies will also take up to 100 damage over the course of 5 seconds if they are caught in the gas. The cooldown is 10 seconds
Ultimate Ability: Curse of Despair: A pulse-type ultimate that launches a series of red gasses directly in front of Daleka in a fan shape at a fairly short range. Enemies affected by this ability will suffer a 30% decrease in the damage they deal, but will also take 20% increased damage from all sources for 4 seconds. The charging rate of this Ultimate is fairly slow, roughly taking as long as it does
to charge a Sound Barrier.

So far this one is my favorite! Nice work! The story is interesting and sad, and your ideas for a witch and her abilities in the future work well, engorsses her character to where you feel you know her even more. Also those quotes are dynamite. Please come up with more!
Mobile ability based mage with more mobility than tracer and more damage than doomfist
No this hero is a lot more vulnerable than Brig and requires more skill, this would be awesome (BTW I’m a Tracer main) She needs only 200 health maybe with some shields
Holy crap that’s insane, I would totally play that.
I have several ideas for new heroes but I will leave one for now and see how it turns out. This hero would be a mixture of several things that other heroes but will be original in its games style. I have no story or anything. Just a new thought that will hopefully be noticed or discussed.
An omnic that has enhanced boxing gloves/fists that can be biochemically enhanced to produce a different result.
The primary fire would be a regular attack that shoots similar to doomfists shotgun attack. Rather than bullets the damage would be an acid that corrodes flesh and metal alike. It does not do more to shields but does more to armor.
There would be 3 different abilities, each enhancing the primary fire to cause a different effect.
The first would be a basic heal that when enhanced the user gets a certain amount of shots to fire healing at his allies.
The second would be a temporary shield like sigmas kinetic grasp. This may last longer than sigmas but not be as strong.
The third would be a damage reduction. For the next few seconds the person with this buff has reduced incoming damage from all sources no matter what. Not a lot of reduction but enough to notice.
The ultimate would be a rage mode. The fists or gloves become infused with an unknown substance that fills allied and the user with rage. Speed and damage would be increased at the same time yet the unknown substance would not be shot or tossed, it would have to be punched or injected into the ally causing only a few to receive the rage mode.
I have many more ideas that can be integrated very easily into the overwatch world we have now. Though I have no idea if even this idea is good.
a while back , i started to type this out as a joke, but in the middle of writing it out, i started to get into, aand forgot that this new hero was a joke
his name is Stick Man!
primary - swings stick
secondary -snaps stick into two and throws them
E ability - stabs self with stick- loses health over time (hero will die unless healed) after self dot expires, press e again to launch an infected stick causing double dot to stuck hero (thrown or stabbed)
ult - super stick man - upgrades kit for 30 seconds…
primary ult upgrade - big stick (longer, hits harder, and knocks heroes around)
secondary ult upgrade- pulverizes the big stick into shards inwhich covers a small area on the ground to damage those who walk on them
E ability ult upgrade - rapidly impales self with big stick with massive damage to self, death is 100%, unless burst healed (or zar bubble) if survived, creates stick man mirages with 1hp (that is randomly placed around stick man, and can deal damage, and they have medium AI controlled) (mirages last until they die)

A Neurologist off-healer support hero that temporally speeds up cooldowns on teammates
yeah, i’ve been wanting a support that can increase the rate of fire of allies
and a cooldown reducer ability for a support…
but here is the kicker, (IMO) i think blizzard is WAYY to afraid to add something like that in this game, because it freaks them out about “balance” with certain heroes it can really give them an edge (think total mayhem, and how there are heroes who just outright dominate, because their balance IS the cooldowns)

i dunno, i think there is so much stuff blizzard can try…but they just don’t, because i personally think they are [for lack of better words] “control freaks” (not to be mean, but its kinda true) aanad they are scared s***less of mechanics of this nature
