i was in que for a while. then it found a game but started loading. the game said “applying update” but in bnet there was no update before starting the game. the update went on for a while. maybe 40 seconds and so i closed the game and bnet which got me suspended for 15 mins and prob counted me as a loss for my competitive rank. this is unfair! please remove this from my rank record. i didn’t start an update in the middle of the game. this is on your end! fix it!
