There’s plenty of ways to add variance to a PVE experience to make it more replayable - rewards, gear, different enemy setups, random variation in level setup, ingame perks, random unique level events, different team setups, etc etc.

This is coming in Story missions though, you don’t need talent trees for this.

You are just happy that you are getting some little scraps from a bigger promise.

I’m neutral because I never believed in the promise. When They announced hero missions I rolled my eyes and was like “I don’t get the appeal”, then a few years down the line the had a showcase for the hero missions - and I was hugely underwhelmed (I think that video is still up on their channel) - nobody cared then, now everyone is like Christmas is canceled.

Have you heard of Destiny

I tried it - I honestly don’t see the correlation between it and overwatch. I don’t even find that game fun or genius so… I’m sure that destiny doesn’t have 35+ classes and 105+ talent trees also

Because you know only a little bit about game development, and therefore you don’t know what’s possible.

Enlighten me then - sell me the hero missions, explain how you see that working out, I’m totally open to being proven wrong.
