Storm Arrow is nothing more than taking scatter and making it fire in a straight line and only bounce once. I just thought about it, and it’s the same ability, just does not scatter around, and instead flies straight and ricochets once.
Have you even got a headshot kill with the ricochet yet? I’ve got like one or two since they put in the bounce.
