SlayerGramps when he was top 20 as Tracer did a bronze to GM stream. Planned to not use any of his mains too. Got a really bad game in low silver. Went Tracer and tried his hardest and still couldn’t pull off a win.

I do currently have 6 accounts have I have never seen anything like that or heard about it.

Everyone who has been smurfing on a far lower level knows what I’m talking about. This also isn’t the first time someone brings that up. It really shouldn’t be a secret by now that overperforming player getting a higher que time because the MMR is looking for similar smurfs. Heck, even Dafran had some smurfs here and there in Plat and diamond. Sadly didnt do much because he’ll stomp them regardless.
And with overperforming I’m not talking about some1 who slightly plays better than other ones in their elo. It’s mostly people who will push regardless but get into “harder” games than the usual dude on this elo.
Why would you avoid some1 whos smurfing ? You like going up against some1 who dumpsters your team

Role lock. Trying to beat a smurf on dps with heroes of the support or tank role is more than just a uphill battle.
Also you said that you queue times went up, usually that’s an indicator for bad connection rate or people avoiding you for what ever reason that might be.
what do you mean ? You would still not avoid him because then ends up being in the enemy team 
uff … Nah i wasted enough time on this. Sure yeah, people were avoiding me xD think whatever you want and believe it or not that there are smurf queues if you heavily overperform.
At some point, as a master player, i can see if someone is playing like a Plat or like people who’re mid - high diamond. Also had some nice conversations about this in Match chat often enough 
Don’t really have to argue about this since it doesn’t make any difference, you will push regardless on your smurf since these games wont make out to be 100% of your games.
Believe what you want, really idc.

Nop. I heard some people talking about this being something in the past but the current system only allows you to avoid them being in your own team.
Why would I believe you if I have opposite experiences and your the only one Ive ever heard to have such experiences? Havent you read these forums? Every single game there is a GM smurf ruining their game etc.

Neinneed is right though, I have played from Bronze to Low diamond a few times and there is a decent amount of smurfs in bronze.
But not really GM smurfs, mostly plat-diamond smurfs.
Theres several factors that will increase yur chances of winning. The harder ones are being on and mic AND remaining positive and trying to motivate your team mates not to throw or to motivate them to make the proper switches without sounding toxic or sound like your telling them what to do.
My husband is about 4000-4100. There is no rank i can get to that he would find a game unwinnable. He is flex dps but he could take literally any character and turn a game around in my rank. The only way he even could lose is if every other teammate was in a 5 stack throwing.
Down in bronze (where we met) he absolutely can 1v6 the enemy for those who think that doesnt happen. He gets reported and has been banned briefly in past seasons.
In the past we have 1v1 and he is able to literally spawn trap me playing mercy when i play my strongest characters .
Thats how extreme the skill difference is between someone that can barely hit 2k vs someone who can hit 4k.
Most Gm coaches say taht some games are unwinnable, and that’s fine…
If you ever watch unranked to gm, you’ll notice that GM’s (even Dafran) lose a few matches here and there, in plat… Doesn’t stop them from climbing…

Both of these heroes are hard carries in plat or below. But you play them differently.
Yeah I took a bronze account to mid gold playing DPS Ana. No heals for team. Pre role queue too so that often meant a solo lucio or Brig healer or no healer at all for the team.
Apply was losing before his team got buffed, then he was still losing, so jayne had to step in and join applys team. The video isn’t really accurate.

i think that was my point. alone 2 players can only do so much even against the actual worst players in the game.
