Let’s balance all the heroes like we balanced Genji. I already have 3 heroes in mind. (Obviously satire, and a little fun)
Mercy:
Caduceus Staff-
Healing per second increased to 70. 85 in Ultimate.
Damage increase ratio boosted to 35%.
Guardian Angel-
Reduced flight cooldown by 1 second from 1.5 to .5.
Doubled flight speed.
We think that these buffs will make Mercy overpowered and have approved them as such.
Pharah:
Rocket Launcher-
Direct hit damage increased from 120 to 150.
Removed self-hit damage.
Concussive Blast-
Cooldown reduced from 9 to 7 seconds.
Now deals damage. Animation changes to create a small pulse explosion, all enemies caught inside take 45 damage on top of being knocked back as they do on live.
We decided to push a meta for OWL spectators. With these changes, Pharmercy should see a rise in popularity as Pharah now, with a Mercy assist, can deal 202 damage on direct hits.
Zarya:
Particle Barrier-
Duration increased to 3.5 seconds.
Cooldown reduced to 7 seconds.
Projected Barrier-
Now affects a second ally, will target them automatically based on who is closer to target within a max of 10 meter radius.
Duration increased to 4 seconds.
Again, just need to push an agenda for OWL. With the ability to conveniently bubble two allies and Pharmercy coincidentally buffed in the same patch, we hope to create such exciting plays as Grav-Barrage.
This should be the next set of patch notes. What could go wrong. At least it would be more honest than repeatedly nerfing barriers, then giving up and just breaking Genji (instead of Dva and Winston who are dive tanks that honestly need the assist as well).
