I used to love blizzard. This is a joke. You dropped my connection. I didn’t loose internet connection. Then you give me a 1 hour ban. I want my money back for all your games.

Blizzard isn’t going to issue a refund based on a forum post. If you need to speak with their staff (WyomingMyst and myself are volunteers), then you need to open a ticket with Customer Support.
